I am an Organisation Development and Change Practitioner. I specialise in human development systems, the structural intersection of family, communication, education, and leadership.
I don't start with the individual. I start with the system around them: the learner, the tutor, and the environment they return to. When every node is accounted for, outcomes become repeatable. When they're not, even the best intervention fades.
I don't react to people. I react to patterns that don't sustain outcomes.
Across families, schools, teams, and organisations, I identify where structure is leaking power and redesign it for long-term stability. This work is grounded in behavioural science and action research methodology: diagnostics, frameworks, governance models, and strategic change architecture that equip people and institutions to function without dependency.
